Single Cell Analysis
We have 10X Genomics Chromium System for the following single cell assays:
- Single cell 3’ gene expression analysis
- Single cell full length T cell VDJ profiling
- Single cell full length B cell VDJ profiling
- Single cell full length VDJ profiling and 5’ gene expression from the same cells
- Single cell ATAC sequencing
- Single cell RNA-seq with CRISPR screening
