The front entrance is well secured with a closed circuit TV, an intercom system from the lobby to the apartments and part-time security guard staffing.

Residents have 24-hour access to laundry facilities on each floor and a fully equipped exercise room in the lower level of the building. Upon reservation, small gatherings are permitted in the community room and terrace on the 18th floor, which is also equipped with an outside grill.

The apartments include unfurnished 1- bedroom apartments in the building in addition to studio apartments furnished with a murphy bed unit, sofa, dining table and chairs.
