Postdoctoral Research at Rockefeller

The university has a strong commitment to the full involvement of postdoctoral researchers in all aspects of the scientific, educational and cultural activities of the community. More than 200 postdocs are associated with the research of Rockefeller laboratories, where they are enabled to continue their scientific training and pursue their research interests. In addition, postdoctoral researchers participate in the many seminars, symposia and retreats held at the university and in the New York City area. In many instances, candidates for postdoctoral positions at the university obtain funds from a private or governmental granting agency. In addition, the university awards approximately 15 to 20 postdoctoral fellowships annually to early-career scientists.
