Visual Communications Resources
The Rockefeller University has visual identity guidelines that produce a consistent image across internal and external communication, digitally and in print. Communications and Public Affairs (CPA) can serve as a resource in creating these materials.
Rockefeller does not staff graphic designers, but it does provide print production guidance free of charge. Kelly McLees, CPA’s project manager, can help you hire designers, printers, and other vendors. She can also format text and images to create flyers, posters, and event programs within a collection of templates. Kelly can be reached at x8969 or at kelly.mclees@rockefeller.edu.
Web Development Services
CPA can assist with the creation and maintenance of websites that use the same design as Rockefeller’s main site, rockefeller.edu. For web-based projects or digital questions, contact Senior Specialist of Digital Communications, Mary Dang at mdang@rockefeller.edu.
Photography:
CPA maintains an online photography archive at images.rockefeller.edu. For access, contact Kelly McLees at x8969 or kelly.mclees@rockefeller.edu. The online archive does not reflect CPA’s complete collection, so Kelly can also conduct further research to find suitable images.
If new photos are needed for a print project on which CPA is working, then Kelly will coordinate with the photographer to secure services once the subject’s availability is established. On the day of the shoot, you will serve as the on-site contact and must be present for its duration. All images created for print projects managed by CPA are the property of The Rockefeller University and will be added to the photography archive.
Referrals will be provided for photographer requests not tied to a print job on which CPA is working.
