The leading edge of research happens at Rockefeller, and it can result in new businesses, partnerships, and solutions geared at addressing the world’s greatest challenges. OTT plays a pivotal role in driving the output of this academic research towards the marketplace through the identification and evaluation of potentially commercially relevant research, strategic intellectual property positioning of innovation when appropriate, negotiation of industry sponsored research and other enabling agreements, and facilitation of external partnerships that may result in the creation, development, and marketing of products and services for public benefit.
